Videos Can Help Anxiety in Children Problems
After a recent announcement by the UK childrens charity Childline, that there services are in danger of being cut right back due to lack of funding, there has been collective fund raising campaigns in many areas across the country to try and help raise the funding needed to keep this popular and fairly well established organisation offering their phone counselling service to youngsters alive.
Anxiety in children problems have reportedly grown ten fold over the last 5 years, with calls received by the charities helpline increasing every month over the past few years. Teenagers across the country frequently rely on the freephone help line to discuss their anxiety in confidence with a trained councillor, advising the charity that they feel they can not speak to there parents about their anxiety problems.
YouTube, Goggles video site is also a place where teenagers are turning to, watching other peoples video clips to relate to there own anxiety issues. It seems that anxiety in children is a growing problem these days, weather it is down to the media machine giving youngsters more pressure to be more like someone else, such as a football star or fashion icon is unclear, but it is common knowledge that anxiety in children needs to be addressed and tackled now, rather than ignoring this growing problem.

Some of these videos are made by anxiety sufferers themselves, explaining how they are feeling, whilst some are simply pointing in the direction of help and counselling.
